I had to go to court today after all. Emmas dad will have supravized parenting time 5-8pm wendsday and Thursday. Then 10-7saturdays. He has to take random drug tests and if he dose not pass then he will loose his parenting time.However emmas dads mom is the one supravising. so if he dose not pass the drug tests then his mom is not allowed to let him be present while she's watching emma and if she dose then her parenting rights will be taken from her aswell. I did not want his mother to be The one supravising but I didn't realy have a choice. Custody wil be determined in a month. And my only concern is that if Emmas father dose not prove to be fit then his mother will get his parenting time. So Please keep me in your prayers I'm having trouble letting emma go with them with the possibility of emmas fathers mother getting visitations if emmas dad cannot pass his drug tests since her dad is still living in the home with.his mom. I have no idea what to pray for or put it in words anyways

Her dad txtd me today after court and was angry bc he failed his drug test. So What I'm gonna try to do is call my attorney Monday and see if I can change it to where vemma dose not go over there @ all untill he passea drug test since His mom has no rights to Emma an her dad still lives in the home. Idk what else to do me and my mother are esaugsted and I can't take anymore

We are still standing w/ faith in Him. It is ok right now not to know what to pray. There are others for that. You spend time w/ Emma, and just Praise and Worship God, spend time as you have already have been w/ God. We will lift you and Emma up to Him. We will pray w/ and or for you little sister. All will be alright, the judge, the system, is not stronger the God. Love you

Comment by LucyP on September 30, 2011 at 12:06pm: Hey Britley, I am sorry that this did not turn out how you hoped, and prayed, do you know his mother well? it certainly seems odd that the visitations take place in his mothers home with the possibility of them being stopped if he fails drug tests, if he lives there all the while. They have 15 hours of 168 in a week, so thank God you are the stable parent in Emmas life. Will keep praying about this, you'll get through this Britley, God is setting his greater plan in action. xx
