...I'm self-preservative...

That's what I use to tell my brother when he accused me of selfishness. Now I'm thinking, "hey he might have had a point there". Maybe I'm selfish, or at least self-centered. (whatever the difference may be) I've been so wrapped up in my own emotions, my own feelings lately that I seem to have forgotten, " dudette, there are people around you"

If the Spirit calls you to pray, just pray. If you have someone on your heart, someone you've been thinking about, just pray for that person. I certainly don't know why/how but your prayers might be what God uses to keep someone from harm. Your prayers might just be what delivers someone from spiritual warfare.



What if when you thought about that someone, when you got that "feeling" about that someone, that person was at war and you were being called as re-inforcement? what if you… Continue

Am I wrong in not feeling comfortable about praying for adversities that I bring into my own life?

I feel wrong about praying for things that "I knew better" and yet still chose to...

I also feel wrong about not praying about these things because it might just be pride.

Am I thinking "I broke it,therefore I must deal with it on my own?" as if I could!

So today is my anniversary. On this day last year, I was baptized. I said yes to dying with Christ and living for Him, on this day a year ago. The first of April, April fool's day. I committed to dying and living for Christ



I read about King Josiah a couple of days ago, I can't stop thinking about him, what he did. No wonder so many Christians named their children after him.
