I'm here to...: fellowship, learn, express creatively my journey through life

Interests:: a West Virginian native from Mountaineer Country and yes I do like football especially when it is the Mountaineers. i love to take pictures of any and everything. i also enjoy seeing what others find interesting to capture with their cameras. i love almost ALL kinds of music and if it speaks to my heart...then it is a favorite so i have many many favorites. i enjoy creating things on the pc but still have so much to learn but want to take some classes or something to upgrade my skills. i use to collect sheep, snowmen, americana, some angels, baskets, candles, but my small house has outgrown the "stuff" and now I am trying to simplify my life in all areas. i have had some obstacles that have tried to tear me down but no worse than others' challenges and I am learning to grow and become stronger through them and because of them. i LOVE sunshine and trees, and rides through the country, but i also can enjoy the rain and dance in it (literally did last week with my 2 year old grandson), my id is a nickname i was once given and thought it good because I can be a sweety but sometimes the "bear" comes out... i try to be genuine and real and not wear masks. what you see is what you get. i really enjoy flowers and plants and up until this last year I was beginning to make the yard look pretty...i love to plant flowers, get my fingers dirty (gives me a chance to make mud pies) and grimey ~ it's exciting to be a part of nature.... i genuinely love to watch the stars and the moon and clouds. i go down to the river and just watch the water, the barges, the people, I observe, I contemplate, I dream (on my good days lol and we won't talk about the bad ones .....) ! i love to read and learn new things. would love to be a grease monkey on an old fashion car (meaning the ones without all the digital stuff). i would love to have a motorbike and go on short and long roadtrips. i am mostly taking each day and trying to find happiness and joy within and not depending on it from anyone else...and learning to live simply, in the moment, and in God's grace and love, what more can i say!

My story with God: where do i begin? all i can say to keep it brief is i have been on a long journey to get all i know and understood about God from my head to my heart. i have a personal relationship with Jesus though life has been hard and sent many distractions that has hindered the intimacy to grow...but i hunger and thirst for that again and even deeper. it will happen i know because God is faithful...and HE WILL COMPLETE what HE HAS STARTED.
