- I am interested in being more like Christ, making in this world as a single woman after being married for 1/2 my life and then suddenly finding myself in a whole new world.

- My story with God
- I grew up in a pastor's home, and accepted Christ at the young age of 9, but didn't really give him full control and start to grow until I was 22 years old. Since then it has been a wild journey.... He has brought me through MANY trials triumphly, not without much pain however. I have had many falls along the way, but He never ceases to amaze with his mercy and grace!
- Other stuff about me:
- I am in the midst of buying my first house as a single woman. I have a 19 year old daughter who is a type 1 diabetic and has been since she was 11. I also have a son who is 22 and now married to a wonderful young lady. They are young but very grounded in the Word of God. I have worked in full time ministry (Crisis Pregnancy Center) in the past, but am now employed by five physicians as their referral specialist. I have seen God open many doors for me in this area of my life. I attend a very non-traditional Baptist church and love it. I work with childcare at my church part-time as well. I stay very busy with hanging out with friends and working.

I look at your job experience and all I can say is wow!!! I bet what you do is rewarding, isnt it? Just think how many lives you are touching. We all need more of you around in the medical field. May God richly bless oyu with the goals and desires of your heart!!!
That is goo doyu have a son and dayghter in law that love the Lord and are following Him. You are truly blessed! U must have done something right?

Im Paige, another moderator here on TheNet and I just wanted to drop in and say hello and that we are soo pleased to have you here.
Its a blessing to see so many wonderful believers in Christ come and fellowship with us from all over the world. I found this place last August, and it has greatly helped me in my walk with God. Just to know that htere are many others out there who are trying to understand and draw near God and His love.
We are all the body, so let us all reach out and help one another in this walk. I am soo glad you are here.
It sounds like you are doing well despite your trials and changes, so Praise God! I myself have been through too much to mention. Soo much that it almost sounds like I lie to people when I talk about it, but the TRUTH is, I was blind, and now I see. I was in the Pit, but God lifted me out. I tell you, I was down and out, and homeless, but thanks be to God, I have my whole life restored. I have been a Christian since 2002 and my life is completely different.
Im married now, with 2 small babies. I can only imagine how different it is being single with kids in this world now a days, but praise God you have HIM! Alot of people dont! and it seems like you have a great job, and you are involved in your church to keep busy. That is soo cool. Good for you!!!
