Keep on praying and don't give up. Even though I can't begin to know your situation, I have been at wit's end before. I know in my case it was because of choices I had made. I was an active alcoholic and drug user for 30+ years. In 2003 I finally listened to God and bent to His will. Not everything is The way I would like it to be right now, but I know in my heart that all good comes to those who trust in the Lord. Don't think of yourself as a burden to your family. I'm sure that they would hurt more if you were no longer there for them. All I can say is pray earnestly, without ceasing.

Delight yourself in the LORD and He will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4
