Growing my relationship with my daughter
Ministry, Writing, and Animation for film and gaming.
Honestly, that's really about it. <:^)
My story with God
Grew up in a Baptist church through High School, in NC and was rather indifferent toward God. Just assumed I was "good" because I was in church. But come sophomore year in undergrad (2002), I had an " experience" (still don't know what else to call it) after attending a local Pentecostal church in FL.
Came back to NC beginning of 2003 and joined a local College Bible Study, of the whom the youth minister was, then, is my current Pastor. Since then, I've been on fire for God, and His Word, in my life.
Shortly after returning to NC, it wasn't long before I felt "led" to go seminary. I'd come to enjoy and view teaching as a prospective spiritual gift of mine and wanted to learned more about the Faith to do better at it. Graduated undergrad May 2005.
Fall 2007, I was accepted into WFU Divinity School. Graduated Spring 2010. Since then, I've come to resent my seminary experience. I was hurt more than helped by it.
Currently, I still love God and Jesus, and thank Him for the grace he's given me. But I'm still on a bad rebound from 2010.
There's obviously more to say, but if anything here sounds familiar to anyone else--I'd love to talk
Other stuff about me:
Love:
Adobe Illustrator CS4
Sixpence None the Richer
Mint.com
Marvel vs. Capcom 3
etc...
