Thank you for your reply to my question. I undertstand what you are saying. I was trying to answer his question from a biblical standpoint, not a book of mormon standpoint. Mormons and Christians have different view on God and Jesus. they believe in the God and Jesus of the book of mormon and we believe in the God and Jesus of the bible. They believe in the prophet Joseph Smith and what he says about the bible, and we believe what God says about the bible. He is coming from a mormon outlook and was asking me questions. Well, I was trying to explain to him what the God of the bible was like and what "image" means when it says we were made in His "image".
Its a difficult thing to explain. So I was just trying to get others opinions as to what to do and how to explain biblically, not from my opinion or my asumption.
