My story with God: I was born in Miami. Born into a non-Christian family. When I was eight, a woman in my neighborhood invited me and my brother to her house for a Bible Club. I received Him and will never forget that day. It was the best and the worse day of my life. It was the best because I came to know the wonderful person of Jesus Christ. To know hope, love and purpose in life. It was the worse because after being touched in such a special way, such a personal way I went home to talk to my mom about it and she was furious and refused to let me return to know more about Jesus. My father finally received him just before he died and I believe my Mom did to just before she died but I am not sure because I did not see too much evidence. I was finally able to go to a Christian church when I was 18. I fell more deeply in love with Jesus!! I then attended a university that had Campus Crusade for Christ. It was three wonderful years. I graduated and decided that i wanted to spend my whole life in His service so I went to a Bible College. But then I sufferd a tragedy that caused me to be disabled for years. I was not able to finish my career. But the Lord helped my recover-
Since then I have done sme mission work with children in Peru, Venezuela, Dominican Republic and Colombia where I worked with Youth With A Mission. Later, I married and and lived about 15 years in different states .. We are now back in Colombia.
