    Im having a hard time to on my thoughts, I seen a show on the God Chennel about the mind and it said when that happen's just keep telling your self that Jesus loves me Jesus

    loves me me me and me and it works for me , try it and let me know if it works for u It

    takes ALOT OF TIME dont give up, dont be hard on your self , If I can do u can to..There

    is a book out wrote by Joyce Meyer its called Battlefield of the Mind its just for what we r facing, I think if u pick up the book it willl help your mind..God Bless You, have a good day..Susie
