am 67 years and Loving it, I get closer to my Eternal
Life each year. Hallelujah! Yes, I have had some really beautiful times with Christ, in the form of dreams and actual conversations with Him. I am not
perfect, I am also human and have many past regrets and wrong doings, but as I walk with Jesus, He has been transforming me a little each day. I couldn't think of doing anything that would hurt him or make him sad, at least not intentionally. I talk to him daily about everything. The more you talk to him, the closer your walk with him and He will, give you the answers, through His Holy Spirit in Your heart. He
will guide you. You must trust HIM. As far as you being married, He most likely has the perfect person in mind for you, but, it will be in His special timing. You must be patient and don't try to make things happen your way. Wait for His way, Trust Him. I must go for now, I am praying for you in all that you do and for your health. Blessings to you.

Thanks for the direction sister. In the eyes of man, it surely looks hopeless...the odds Christians face in Indonesia. It partly explains why Indonesia will always be dear in my heart...because I live in a little Indonesia here in Kenya myself. We are in a predominantly Muslim town...with immense opposition my sister. The dangers you highlight are real...and scary I must admit. Just remember that God's grace increases in such environments...only keep the faith alive.

Long time ago, there was an Emperor who told his horseman that if he could ride on his horse and cover as much land area as he likes, then the Emperor would give him the area of land he has covered.
Sure enough, the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast as possible to cover as much land area as he could. He kept on riding and riding, whipping the horse to go as fast as possible. When he was hungry or tired, he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.
Came to a point when he had covered a substantial area and he was exhausted and was dying. Then he asked himself, "Why did I push myself so hard to cover so much land area? Now I am dying and I only need a very small area to bury myself."
The above story is similar with the journey of our Life. We push very hard everyday to make more money, to gain power and recognition. We neglect our health , time with our family and to appreciate the surrounding beauty and the hobbies we love.
One day when we look back , we will realize that we don't really need that much , but then we cannot turn back time for what we have missed.
Life is not about making money, acquiring power or recognition.

Work is only necessary to keep us living so as to enjoy the beauty and pleasures of life.. Life is a balance of Work and Play, Family and Personal time.
You have to decide how you want to balance your Life. Define your priorities, realize what you are able to compromise but always let some of your decisions be based on your instincts. Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of Life, the whole aim of human existence. So, take it easy, do what you want to do and appreciate nature. Life is fragile , Life is short. Do not take Life for granted. Live a balanced lifestyle and enjoy Life!

Greetings in Christ's name. I hope all is well with you dear. Do you know something, I learnt the meaning of the word "modesty" from a sister in Christ here...sister Actualmaureen. I want to be modest with you today...Indiegirl, you ask some of the most 'perplexing' questions ever. Makes you a little of an enigma before my eyes. Well, you ask why I think God let us have different faiths here on earth? Frankly, i don't believe that was the work of the Lord....but the devil...the DECEIVER! Just look at the book of Revelations and this comes out clearly. Different faiths? ....yes, satan operates through men...and 2nd Timothy 3:13 states this beautifully: "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse, deceiving and being deceived...". My sister, the best thing to do is to think beyond the different faiths we have. There is only one faith that matters: faith in one God Jehovah, through Christ our Lord and saviour! james states the formular beautifully: "Be ye doers of the WORD...nd not hearers, deceiving your own selves". I see a lot of ready hearers everywhere I look, knowing not that they deceive their own selves.

Be wise my dear sister...be a DOER of the WORD. That is the only belief that matters. I am glad to know that things are good with you. We don't complain either for the Lord's graces cover us daily. Good day to you-Pst. Bernhard C.

Yes I read the bible everyday and several times a day. I am retired from work, so I am blessed to have
more time than some people. I join bible studies also. When we read the bible, we don't always get the true meaning, we need to study the blble and that is why bible study groups are good. There is an online bible also, where you can get a comentary of the chapters in the whole bible. There is a bible study right here on the Net. The more you study, the closer your relationship with God. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you each time you study. I am so proud of you for seeking God, you are a blessing to him. Stay Blessed Sister.

I have several favorite Scriptures, but I guess my most favorite is: Romans Chapter 8 and verse 31.
I use this against Satan all the time. "If God be for us who can be against us?

I am fine, I have been away for a couple of days. Don't you worry about God punishing you for your past! The Old Testament when talking about the Israelites, and punishments is because they did not Trust God, and besides that,
when Jesus died on the cross, he did this so that our sins would all be forgiven. Once you have repented, your sins from the past are forgiven. All gone! The one thing that does hold true is the Ten Commandments, we are still supposed to follow them. A lot of the Old Testament is for our information and learning. The New Testament is written mostly for believers in Jesus Christ and that He is Our Saviour. I hope this helps you. Let me know if you have any other bad feelings. I might have picked McCain for President, except for his

Hello Dear Sister,
So good to know that you are still coming back to God's website! I am going to try to be here more often. The Church I have found is called Assembly of God, it is a Bible based Church. I believe that you can go to any Church as long as they teach that Jesus is our Savior and that we need a personal relationship with Him. I was having a struggle with the Catholic Church, because I could not keep all the rules
and therefore they told me I could not receive communion or any of the other sacraments and I could not find a scripture in the Bible that says that, in fact Jesus told us to take the bread and wine as his body and blood in remembrance of Him. This Church welcomes anyone who is sincere and has
a personal relationship with Jesus.
I hope and pray that your health improves and that you will continue to have a prosperous business and most of all that you stay strong in you faith and relationship with Jesus. I Love Him so much and I know that you do also.

living with your parents and able to help out.
I am very happy for you, that you have Jesus in your heart and are living for him and that you have a Catholic Church that teaches this. I am so proud of you for respecting your Parents and I know that God is too. My children(all grown) live in other states, I am in Arizona, for another month or so and then to Washington State, for the summer. I have a Daughter in Idaho, one Daughter and 2 Sons in Washington.
