My story with God
Went to church on a regular basis until age 7 when my parents divorced. My mom felt hurt by the church and quit going to church. I went to vacationbible school as a child. Started going more regular with my boyfriend but more to be with him than with God. Somewhere I gave my life to the Lord but didn't give Him my all. Married that boyfriend and have been married 26 yrs. Had trouble times in our marriage and always would start to go to church but things would get better and we would stop. Then our son went to a Vacation Bible School one summer and we attened the program. We rededicated are lives to the Lord and have been serving Him ever since. My husband is a pastor of a small but blessed Church where God is moving.
Other stuff about me:
Have moved several times in our marriage some with the military but mostly for the ministry. As long as it's God I'm willing to go anywhere. That is why we live where we are now.

    My Dear SIster Dee;
    I would be honored to be a friend to your Husband and you. I have been on vacation with my wife and just got backe today. I am very glad to hear about your ministry. My wife and I went to Washington DC for the "Rolling Thunder" event for veterans and POWs. We had an amazing time and met many new friends and fellow Christians. Dee, God blesses in many different ways! I place my life in God's hands. I trust him. I Love him. Although I did not ride my bike there I had an incredible time. God looks after us in so many ways. The "little" blessings I tell my wife keep on coming! When I think about how our Marines, Soldiers and Saliors have suffered. "What greater honor than to give ones life for a friend". All have suffered, wifes and husbands, children of those who serve our country. I pray for your husband (please send me his name) in Jesus we find the strength to carry on. Many times while serving my country I found great comfort in my little "New Testament" bible given to me by the Marine Corps in boot camp. I am a sinner who knows that God's Love for us I immeasurable. I place every inch of my trust in the Lord. Everyday of my life. I commit to being his soldier. A Christian soldier spreading the good news of Jesus Christ fully dressed in his armor. As a Marine I was so honored to have worn a dress blue uniform. As a Christian I fight for the greatest of honors to be a soldier of God wearing the brighest armor , shield and sword anyone can wear. I think that soldiers have a special priviledge. They know the sadness loss of a friend can bring. Especially one who dies so that we may live. Stay in touch Dee. I will be right here waiting for you.

    We often find ourselves to busy to stop and say a prayer
    when we have a rough day. In this life everything seems like
    it has to be accomplished A.S.A.P. So we often forget to
    speak to God in prayer about it before we react.
    Therefore one must remember that; THE PRAYER OF A
    RIGHTEOUS MAN IS POWERFUL AND EFFECTIVE!.
    ( JAMES 5:16 *NIV ) More powerful and more effective than
    anything else on this Earth, even when we must react
    As Soon As Possible.
    Now friend, have you ever wondered about the
    abbreviation A.S.A.P.? Generally we think of it in terms
    of even more hurry and stress in our lives. Maybe if we
    think of this abbreviation in a different manner, we will
    begin to find a new way to deal with those rough days
    along the way...
    So when.......
    There's work to do, deadlines to meet;
    You've got no time to spare,
    But as you hurry and scurry-
    ASAP - ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER
    In the midst of family chaos,
    "Quality time" is rare.
    Do your best; let God do the rest-
