Thank you for your friendship. Wow what a wonderful step of faith. Do you have children? How hard was it to leave your family. I do applaud you for following God's calling. That to me shows true Love for God and true faith. I hope I can be that strong some day. I have just in the past year come back to God. But not like before. Before was just saying your nightly prayer, going to church on occasion and knowing God existed. I really didn't know much about him. The world does not want Divine Influence, Jesus said this plainly. I get nervous at times because I can see what will happen if the leaders in charge of nations become corrupt. As a youth leader, I find it hard to talk about God's word without even settling the conflict that lives inside me.. We'll i have my own weaknesses, right?!. I read your comment and felt that I as a Christian do not have a problem of seeing my short comings (my sin). It is the kindness of the Lord that leads to repentance. I believe God is eternal and that He loves me perfectly, He sees my past and my present and my future all at the same time. This means that if I fail today or in the future His love remains the same. I love the lord and I desire to please him with all my heart, not because he is holding a club over me to keep me in line. His love is patient and kind and He will always love me and if that love requires discipline when I fail , I never will be unloved or out of His care.
