your pathway through those times. For, THE LORD IS
GOOD, A STRONGHOLD IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE;
AND HE KNOWS THOSE WHO TRUST IN HIM.

He will never abandon HIS Children, throughout
their entire lives. For He is always with us no matter
what we may face, as He further promised: WHEN YOU
PASS THROUGH THE WATERS, I WILL BE WITH YOU;

I'm aware of the TBL formulation (its talked about frequently) but not personally aware of the competing platform you referenced. I'm attempting to restructure my personal relationship with technology so that I have more time for the more important things in life.

I have not worked with any organization or protocol, or established guideline called Semantic Structure. I do understand the difference between semantics and syntax (computer science background), but I'm not sure if that is your question. Please elaborate.
