Letters to God

      Dear God, thank you for making me who I am.  Thank you for forgiving me every time I sin.  I know I don't deserve your love or your Son's love, but the fact remains: you DO love us!  Please reshape me and mould me to your approval, to make your heart gladden.  Help me, please, to follow your ways and make you the very focus of my everyday life.  Make me BURN for you, and THIRST for you with all encompassing love.

      Please give my beautiful husband Gordon peace of mind, as he is wracked from Alzheimer's Disease.  I don't know if he does know who I am: only you know, God, and I have to be patient, because I can't hear you give me an answer.  Please help him "go to sleep" when the time is right and comfort me in my grief.   Please give me the strength to get through this trial.
