A Weekend with David
Can you imagine what it would be like to have one of those beautiful characters come right out of the pages of the Bible and spend a weekend with you? That is a sampling of how I would describe this last weekend with David Velasquez. He came to our beautiful city here in the great Midwest and spoke at our Christian school graduation and then spent the weekend with my wife, family and me. What a great weekend it was. The presence of God was with us the entire time. We here in Kansas are all praying that God will send him here permanently. Praise the Lord for His beauty.

i know i have been blessed when i have finally met people from here as well. The Lord is bringing His family together from all over the world. There is something very special about face to face fellowship in the Lord... God is good all the time.Blessings, Carla

Big WOW, this is great, I thank God so much for about your meeting, and it give me hope, I'm glad to hear you meet, and got a wonderful time, it is a good begnning from the Good God, God is so great. Thank you dear brother Roy for sharing this, I pray may God give you unexpected success with the work you will work with brother DV...... I thank Him for calling us from different places and making us ONE in HIM, ...... I will wait the idea of our dear brother LT to meet you all...... It is really a great privilege, and very beautiful to share His Love.

Family,
I feel the same about you guys. Roy and his family are amazing people. We only spend 3 days together and we already have stories to tell that would make you say ooouuuccchhhh, No Way, Hallelujah!! The "drives" to the air port hahaha, The black-eye ouuuuchhhhh, Sowwwweeee. God has been God and He is doing what He is very good at doing, that is, "doing more than we can ask or imagine."
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, Ephesians 3:20
God was among us, in us and all around. I have been in LA for 30 years, with brief departures here and there, but Los Angeles has been my home all along. Flying back into LA, as I saw the Skyline, I felt good, but I did not feel like I was coming home. God has placed Olathe in my heart (something only He can do) and so, Kansas is my new home and i will be doing God's will there with Brother Roy.
I have worked in 5 of the building on this pic and I tell you, it was a thrilled to do so, but it does not come close to the thrill of the next episode of my life in God's will. Working in the tallest one, on the 52nd floor of it, was great, but when i think about becoming apart of the Wilson family and the privilage of working with them, I thank God.

God is the one who opens and closes doors in our lives. We will be starting a church and expanding (OCS) Olathe Christian School, so keep us in prayer family. Much love to all.
