I trust that you are joking about being more neutral :-)

Actually he was selected because he does not compromise (stands for truth and loves Jesus), operates in love, shows respect while disagreeing and is teachable (meaning if wrong and shown he is wrong he is willing to adjust accordingly). He also values the purpose of TheNET's ministry.
