Love is a challenge its raw and it is deep...beneath all the lovey dovey stuff there is still an enduring pain that one must go through in order to get to the deeper kind of love that withstands anything. Like God and his love for us we too go through a tough kind of love when dealing with others and we also have to persevere through the hard times. A divorce seems easier to do rather than working through the difficult times, however it is worth the fight, the good fight of love :)

In the story Caleb eventually recognizes his faults and gives up his own desires in order to love his wife the way he needs to love her. He got rid of his own pleasurable desires that were taking him away from his true lover and devoted his time to coming closer to his wife. This was not an easy process of course but the challenge of the 40 days is a test to see if you can last and pass.

Same goes with our love for God we hope to be shepherded out of our desires and beyond all our wants in order to serve him in the ways that He wants us to serve Him and to bring Glory to Him.

He wants us to fall in love with Him all while enjoying our lives.

Marriage is sacred and it should not be handled lightly especially in critical times near divorcement, truly do all that you can do to renew that love for a person. Everyday is a new day to learn more and to love more so do not take a day for granted loving less. Love more and forever.

Where there is TRUE LOVE, REAL LOVE GOD IS THERE. LOVE IS UNSELFISH.

Marriage is important and vows are promises that an individual should not break especially a promise that is made with the ever presence of God through Jesus Christ.

(Brother D interesting you have posted this, I watched this movie awhile back, this is a very enjoyable film)

What I hope for from this posting is that people will work out their problems in their marriage and not give up on the love that they once had for their partners. I hope that spouses come to find the loving and gentle forgiving heart of Jesus Christ and learn to love like Him.
