I want to share and request prayers
First and foremost I want to say GOD BLESS YOU ALL! This site is a blessing to me and my family. Your prayers, support, and messages touch my heart everytime. I am learning so much through your messages. I commend you and pray that you continue spreading our Lords Word and Love. Amen!
I wanted to share with you and to ask for prayer in reconciliation of my marraige. I 've been saved for about 4 months now after experiencing a horrible car accident that has left me temp disabled. I was raised in the church, but never had experienced an intimate relationship with our precious Lord. I am so grateful and filled with HIS love. Everyday I am growing more and more. And if you rememeber from when I first signed up to the site, my mind was filled with lies nothing but lies of the devil. As days have gone by and I have learned and grown in the Word and in Gods love, he has revealed the truth to me. I was very lost in the world, filled with anger, bitterness, and resentment. Our Lord rescued me. I am slowly writing my testimony that I hope to share with the world soon. For now, I am praising, worshipping and giving him all my thanksgiving for all his continuous blessings.
I was married for 7 years before the separation occured between my husband and I. I didn't know how to love and appreciate my husband. He also, had some issues but who doesn't. Instead of looking to God first I looked and followed the devils ways. So to make a long story short. Alot happened in my life as well as my husbands life in this time of separation. But we both remained unmarried and have not had other children. We have a 9 year old son together, Anthony, who is truly a blessing to us. The Holy Spirit came to me one night and cleanse me of the devils lies. And told me to be obedient to our God and that God wanted me to fight for my marraige and have faith and hope in Him our savior to reconcile my marraige. Then he sent his angels in my life to with different messages about marriage, about my husband and I , about reconciliation. Amazing!!! Since then I have been faithful believing in the Lord praying and carrying myself as the wife waiting for God to reconcile my marraige. So I come to you today, for prayers, to pray for me and my husband Juan Taveras, so that God continues to work within us and cleanse and reconciles our marraige to make us one agian, that my husband becomes saved and stops dating the woman he is with now. That he is cleanse from all negativity and bad thoughts in his mind as well as heart. that he comes back to his nest back to his family where he belongs. That he forgives me.
I pray that all your marraiges are blessed with Gods love first and then your own. that you all remian focuse and pick up your shield of faith when tempted or temptation is thrown your way. God Bless you all and thank you for taking the time to read my post and for your prayers.

God's Instruction to a Wife
Wives, submit yourselves to your own husband, as to the Lord.....Husbands love your
own wives, even as the christ also loved the Assembly, and has delivered Himself up
for it....so ought men also to love their own wives as their own bodies: He that loves his
own wife loves . ( Ephesians 5:22, 25, 28 ).
In these verses God instructs a couple about how they should live as husband and wife.
God's instruction to a wife: Be in subjection to your husband. Being subject does not mean simply to obey
It means that you willingly conform yourself to your husband and to his personality and to his life. god does not demand that you jump every time he says "jump" Sometime husbans demand that kind of obedience, but that kind of tyranny is partof the curse of sin, not part of God's plan for marriage. What you are to do is bring your
thoughts and feeling and words and acions into line with the great reality of your life--you are your husbands
wife. That is an honorable state,and you honor it by joyfully submitting to him.
God's instruction to a husband: love your wife, as you love yourself. god does not tell you to lord it over
all women or to practice being the boss by ordering your wife around. He tells you to love her! That means honoring her (1Peter 3:17), praising her to all, considering her views and desire and feelings as though they
were your own, and even sacrificing yourself for her as Christ loved the Church and gave Himself for it. She
is to be so important in your thoughts and affections that when you love her, you love yourself.
Wives submitting to their husbands and husbands loving their wives is the route God has provided for
a couple to obtain the blessing of becoming truly one flesh.

mayra your comment of "carrying myself as the wife" really touched me!! God bless you and Juan. stay close to God becuase the devil is out there trying to tempt you and i encourage you to find a home church if you do not have one (and a good true Christian church is hard to find), pray daily, and read God's word daily. the devil is working hard to tempt us all so we must all work just as hard to stay close to the Lord and stay in His will! remember to put God first and He will take care of everything. you and your husband will be in my prayers. also your son, Anthony.
