Scriptural Reading: 2 Chronicles 7:14

It is not that I am compelled with my feelings to share this but rather have this thing that God wants us to know. Currently we are now facing a predicament with a virus that cannot be stopped and it is found everywhere in this world and to make mention even the experts as facing the wall.

If my people, which are called by my name,

As Christians we are obliged to reach upon our God in times of trouble. This is what He wants. He is our Father and being His children when we are in trouble, He wants us to come to Him!

shall humble themselves,

We have to surmise things at this point of time that we need help from our God(Father, Son and the Holy Spirit). We have to admit that time is not on our side and in order to get rid of this plague that we are having right now we have to admit once again that we can do nothing and it seems that death is clearly ahead of us rather than having a cure or even a vaccine.

and pray, and seek my face, 

It is now the time that we approach the throne of grace and seek His face before it is too late. We have had a lot of punishments and I do not think that this is the will of God. What God wants us to do is approach Him, seek His face and humble ourselves in His glorious sight. It is now the perfect time to seek His face, pray and reveal the hidden things that has been preventing us to know His will.

and turn from their wicked ways;

He said that if we discontinue with the things that He hates….

then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

In some parts of the world right now people are suppose to stay in their homes as the best option in order not to acquire the virus. It may sound and look like an apocalyptic scenario in a film that we might have seen in a flick but this is the truth and the only truth that we have to do right now is that we should humble ourselves under the mighty hands of God. It is obvious that what we are suffering right now and it can only be remedied by our prayers to our God Almighty. Only our God can make the impossible possible. Yes, He heard our prayers already, He will cleanse us from our wrongdoings and will heal every thing in us. Yes, everything!

Heavenly Father, we give you all the honor and praise. We pray, seek your face and we humble ourselves to you. Cleanse us from our wrongdoings as we accept your Son Jesus into our lives. We claim the victory upon all the afflictions, frailties and infirmities that we suffering right now through your Son Jesus our Lord and Savior. Amen!
