Marshall,
David has given an impressive list.. :-)
Do you have a concordance? If you search 'Holy Spirit' the scriptures will come up for you.
Here's an online concordance which you may find helpful:
Marshall,
I second Carla's thoughts. Kudos to David V. for sharing such a comprehensive list of scriptures that mention the Holy Spirit. Here are a few more.
In addition, you may find R.A. Torrey's commentary, The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit, which is full of scriptural references, to be interesting and informative. CARM has a short article worth reading, which summarizes the Holy Spirit's nature and attributes in two tables, each with supporting verses: http://carm.org/holy-spirit.

Marshall, I think you would also do well to search out every time the term spirit (as in The Spirit of the Lord) is mentioned in the Old Testament. I would suggest including in that searching out each time the term Breath of God (as in when God breathed and parted the Red Sea). In my opinion, the Holy Spirit is mentioned throughout the Old Testament as well as the New. You find him mentioned in the very first book of the Bible at least once that I know.
If you are doing a study, for sure you want to purchase a Strong's Concordance. I have owned one for 23 years and it was a great tool for opening my eyes.
