A great exercise is to search through Scripture seeking to uncover all of things that God proclaims to be true regarding a child of God. I will give the first as an example of what I mean and will encourage others to add ones they find to this forum.
Here is the first one:
"How great is the love that the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called the children of God! And that is what we are! (1 John 3:1a)

5 Let
your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with
such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake

The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
1 John 4:17 (KJV)
17 Herein is
our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because
as he is, so are we in this world.

I love this verse...For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. (Romans 8:29)

This is a great verse...
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. (2 Corinthians 1:20)
2 Corinthians 1:18-22 awesome verses.
Greetings all,
Excellent. I trust others will engage in this discussion that will be here for those who pass through AAG to read in the days ahead.

If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! Matthew 7:11.
John 1:12-13, one of my favorites.

Though Ro.8:17 is awesome enough; I would think a harder one for a person to wrap his mind around would be,
Jo.1:16th And of His fullness have all we received, and grace for grace.
And Eph.3”19,
Col.2:9-10.
What would life be like if you knew, or believed that you were filled with all the fullness of God?
Would this verse be more comprehensible? That the communication of your faith may become effectual, by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you, in Christ Jesus? Phm.1:6.
