What is the most appealing thing to you about a relationship with God?

My relationship with God began a few years ago, and after some time I began to notice things in my life improving, the more I surrendered the more miraculous the change. It is a relationship I cherish consciously all day and night. It has become like breathing to me.

There are many things that are most appealing about my relationship with God.

I know I am deeply truly loved. I am peaceful because i am loved. I know that i am forgiven and free. I know that i can ask Him about anything, and He will respond. I know that i can talk to Him about my problems and He will help me sort them out...and change my heart in the process. I know that He rejoices with me when i succeed. I know that I can trust Him no matter what! I know that HE wants me to come to Him with my problems, He is bigger than my problems, and He wants to lovingly direct and guide me with wisdom and strength. I have learned to talk to God first...before talking to anyone else. I know also that many times it is difficult to be obedient! But i have learned that it is better for me when i am obedient! I know that He works for the good of all who love Him.

Gosh....writing this down is amazing! I have never really thought about it before. Let us be thankful and Praise God with joyful singing for the freedom we have found in Christ! Halleluia!!!

Inner peace. I have never felt that until i got saved. I love the way i can talk to God anytime day or night and i know he hears me and guides me to always do the right thing when i am having trouble. I feel his presence with me at all times and it comforts me. I know he loves me no matter if i dont even love myself at the time. I never thought that being a christian and living for God would be a day to day stuggle trying to live right, but with the world we live in today makes it hard, but i know that as long as i read my bible, go to church and give my life to the Lord then everything will be fine though at times i dont feel like it will be fine.

Wow my sister surely agree that nothing can beats the feeling of the inner peace you experience when you received Christ as your Saviour!
YEs indeed is it a day tot day fight against the enemy who wants to steal our joy and peace but thanks to the Word that we can resiste the devil and he will flee.
Just learn to lean on Him and listens to His voice and the peace will continue! Praise be to Him

The one thing that appeals to me the most about my relationship with God is that HE is GOD, and HE is so good and holy, and HE wants to spend time with me!!! Mind-boggling!!!

And He has some amazing and special plans just for me! He is my Creator, all-knowing, all-loving, eternal and gracious Saviour with such an over-whelming passion to see me fulfil the plans HE has for me. It is HIS great pleasure to give me the kingdom! The more I surrender to HIM, the more freedom I experience, and the more HE is able to work HIS plans through me. May HE continue to lead and guide me. I lift up Your Name, Lord Jesus, and glorify You forever. Thank You that You are preparing a place for me...

And thank YOU Lord, that You are preparing a place for whosoever of us will choose to believe in YOU, and accept YOUR incredible free gift of life, and surrender the controls to YOU, so that it is no longer us living, but Christ living in and through us.

May I never steal myself back from YOU...because with YOU I am safe. You are Awesome God!!!

Lea just to rest in Him gives a person so much comfort!
We are all living very busy lives and we forgot how it feels to be still, for He want us to be still and know that HE is God. Just take all your cares to Him,learn to go in His rest, listens to His voice and HE will carry you through!

No matter what he always there when we need him.all we have to do is call on him.he always listening to us.we could be mad,sad,happy, crying,all we have to do is call him.he the only one that know our heart.there no one like him.

Isn't wonderful to know God accepts us just as we are, no pretending!! We can just be ourselves. For He knows your inmost being and nothing is hidden from His face. And when we go to Him He forgives and forgets and you are clean like you have never sinned. An experience not to be missed!!!!
