 i am not going to justify or even comment any more to you, Try reading and doing a chaplet, you dont believe in anything or want to be told different and other people have their own opinions and believes, so you have a belief than i do, i was raised a Catholic and you are just believing in the lord and are trying to righteous, i dont have to read the bible everyday, i believe  in god the father and jesus, that all i am saying about this, try doing the sign of the cross

correctly in the catholic in the name of father,son and the Holy Spirit that is the True Catholic, lutheran is next religion that is the closest to Catholic, they say in the name of father, and the Holy Ghost,

I'm sorry if I've sounded hateful or angry. It has nothing to do with you whatsoever. It has everything to do with how the leaders put blinders & veils over precious souls like yourself. There are so many lies taught to the people & instead of researching it for themselves, the people accept their word. I want to give you a few examples if I may.

Confess to a man in a box - My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father--Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. 1 John 2:1

For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 Christ is the only One who we confess to. We are seeking forgiveness & no man can redeem us from our sins except Christ. I'll provide Scripture later.

Mary, the sinless mother who some pray too & bow before: The Vatican II Council and the New Catholic Catechism reaffirmed that Mary is the sinless Mother of God, that she ascended bodily to Glory and was crowned as the Queen of Heaven, that she can hear and answer prayer.   Of course, no such teachings are found ANYWHERE in the Bible.  Mary is NOT the queen of heaven, she did NOT ascend bodily, and Mary certainly is NOT sinless!  The mother of Jesus was a sinner! To be in heaven, she too must have repented as the rest of the sinful generations. She doesn't hear our prayers as is illustrated in the following story:

Luke 16:19-31

¹⁹ “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. ²⁰ At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores ²¹ and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.

²² “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. ²³ In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. ²⁴ So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’

²⁵ “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. ²⁶ And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’

²⁷ “He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, ²⁸ for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’

²⁹ “Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’

³⁰ “‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’

³¹ “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’”

We are also commanded to not seek the dead. 

Luke 24:5 In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead?

Isaiah 8:19b Why consult the dead on behalf of the living?

Most Catholics SAY they don't pray to Mary but pictures speak louder then words. There are so many images of her & the go to bow before those images. They see a cloud that appears to them to look like Mary & they bow. They are bowing to graven images which is wrong. Exodus 20:4-5  “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God,punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me.

I need to end here because I'm really tired. I will continue. Whether you respond is your choice but please know it's out of the love I have for you that I do continue.

Greetings all,

 

Please stay within what the Bible teaches about angels when discussing this subject. Non-biblical information might be interesting, but can also be misleading.
