I was reading "Hearts of Fire". It's a VOM book. Gladys, lost her two boys and husband very tragicly from Christian persecution. She quoted a poem from Edgar Guest, "Safely Home". It reminded me of the children so I'll post it on here since I found it online [yes I know the website says author unknown but my book says Edgar is the author].

You know what is sad is the statement that it was one of the worst in US history. It's a shame that we have so many to compare it to.
