All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

What do those who have trouble around crowds do (say those with autism) if they want to have fellowship but a church seems like too much with so many people?

How can a person function at church properly when it's really difficult to function when there's alot of people together?

I am so happy for you feetbreeze! I hope you have a positive experience.

I watched meeting houses video titled anabaptist invasion. It prompted me to look up all sorts of information on anabaptists.

I like how cavey spoke quickly, intelligently and filled the whole sermon with creativity and truth. Very good points were made in that one!

Bruxy is a dynamic speaker..  He is actually dyslexic, he has an amazing testimony of how God uses him in spite of his reading disability.  he now spends his time reading and researching the bible to teach our congretation..The sermons are published thru podcast all over the world as he reaches many congregations worldwide. He has also been on TV many times and is now working on his second book.

I appreciate the struggles of dyslexia because my son is dyslexic.

It's a beautiful example of how God uses us in our weakness, and in our weakness He is strong.  :-)

Carla,
Many times the things that seem to be our greatest weaknesses end up becoming our greatest strengths. Often we try to get rid of what we think is wrong with us when we really could learn to understand it better and use it (with God's help and power) as a strength instead of experiencing it as a weakness. This is what I am asking God to help me do. God helps us make the shift from weakness to strength. For me, sensitivity is something that I need help turning into a strength. I have many other weaknesses, too.

Feetbreeze..  That's wonderful.  Praise The Lord!

Ohhhh Carla! Thanks for the link.:-) Enjoying the message. Have bookmarked the page. HAHAHAHAH :-)

Your welcome beloved brother...

:-)

I found out earlier she couldn't take me. She's too tired (she's had a very busey day). She may be able to next week though.

I'm sorry to hear that Feetbreeze.  Please don't be discouraged by this.

'Too tired' is a common enemy attack.  Ask for prayer support.  I'll pray too.

Bless you, Carla

Feetbreeze,

2 Corinthians 13:4 For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness, yet he lives by God's power. Likewise, we are weak in him, yet by God's power we will live with him to serve you.

Also, Paul said, when I am weak, then I am strong. (2 Cor 12:10)
We are weak in Him ... Paul's word choice is very interesting. By God's power ... Not ours. Paul was able to serve in spite of weakness and so will you. Only God can help us make the shift from weakness to strength.

you can start your own home church with family and friends, where two or more agree it shall be granted. you can send your tithes to a community church of your choice. just a suggestion.

I only know of two people in my family who know Jesus other than myself. My aunt Pat who I never actually see anymore (very rare). And the other one I only remember my uncle complaining because another relative was born again. I don't remember who that person is. So, it'd be difficult to have church with family/friends...

Speaking of friends.I miss Tiff....she was a Christian but she was a grade older than me (so when I was at the end of 11th grade she graduated.)  She went off to college...she never found out that Jesus saved me. For He saved me at the end of 11th grade. She didn't need anymore West tests so she didn't have to come to school anymore...Seniors got to do that if they didn't have to do West Tests.

Friends would be difficult...

FB, I'll be praying that the Lord place more Christians in your life so you don't feel like you're an island alone. He is faithful.
