My Brothers and Sisters in Christ. The Writing is on the Wall. When our government blames the actions of those who view killing others not of their belief as godly, on a video. We soon will see the justification of limiting our freedoms, freedoms bought with the blood of men and women. Freedoms that we believe to be God given. We will soon see freedom of speech and religion, needing to first be ok by our government. What might at first seem reasonable, will turn into something quite else.
Yet, FEAR NOT FOR WE SERVE THE MIGHTY GOD, WHOSE SON JESUS CHRIST BOUGHT A PAID FOR OUR TRUE FREEDOM. We have Prayer, we have Faith,we have THE WORD OF GOD to stand on and Believe in. When the time grows near, many things must take place. Our Salvation is not in our government, nor in our works. Our Salvation is in Jesus Christ.
Let it be that we stand together in Prayer. That we Rejoice in the Lord. Let not any actions effect our Faith and Belief in GOD THE FATHER, GOD THE SON, AND GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT. We are told to Pray for those in leadership, for God sets up authority and He takes it down. Let us continue to Pray for those who stand their post; who stand on the front lines, to protect the freedoms we enjoy in this country and others like ours.
Freedom is not free. The actions of late that, thus far have taken the lives of 6 people who did their part for freedom. Are not because of some video or film. But, from extremist who believe that Jesus was just a minor prophet, and believe killing is justified even rewarded. I make no judgement of those who believe different about Our Lord Jesus Christ. I Pray that the eyes of their hearts be opened to the Truth.
Again, we have the Love of God, we have the Power of Prayer, we have Faith in Christ Jesus, and we are lead by the Wisdom of the Spirit. We need not fear, but we must read the writing on the wall, the message is clear. So join me as we Pray and Give Thanks for God's Will be done. In the Most High Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Hi Chris.  Yes, we should always pray for our leaders, our nations and those who put their lives on the line for our freedom.  I also think we should protect justice and those who are trampled by those who practice injustice, and bullish ideas.  Canada and the US are under attack not just overseas but within our own borders.  There are groups working around the clock to undermine everything that is sacred--the handiwork of God so that our faith is pushed aside.

Amen.  We Have Perfect Love!  And, in That Love there is No fear.  Our Hope and Trust are in The Lord!

I like   Psalm 20:7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.

I fear not because my eyes are on God.

Christine I Trust these verses will answer your question.  

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, {Phil 2:10}
When you are assembled in the name of our Lord Jesus and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present, {1Cor 5:4}
And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. {Eph 5:20}
And whatever you do, whether by speech or action, do everything in the Name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. {Col 3:17}
And this is his commandment: We must believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. {1John 3:23}
For this reason I want you to be aware that no one who is speaking by God's Spirit can say, "Jesus is cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
{1Cor 12:3}

I believe you made the correct choice, and glad to hear you feel good there.  As  In some of what this is about, I think many others sadly will begin to follow the Wrong Path.  We Must always be Proud and Honored to be able to use and say The Name of Jesus Christ as Lord over All.  Every knee shall bow...
