Anyone know the details about the recently born Red Heifer in Israel

Years ago, there was a red heifer born in Texas with no spot or blemish. It was shipped to Israel for sacrifice.

Currently there are no sacrifices of animals in the Jewish religion, but it is said that they will commence once again during the tribulation. I believe that is part of the Revelation . The Jews are searching for that animal without spot or blemish for their sacrifice for the coming of the Lord on His second visit.

I am curious. Is there a purpose for the red heifer before the 3rd temple is built? Does anyone know about this? I am thinking they probably have access to a red heifer but the real problem is no temple to sacrifice it in.
