Rom 5:12 Sin came into the world through one person, and death came through sin. So death spread to everyone, because everyone sinned. So is it correct to say, “because of Adam’s disobedience, he has passed to all people after him, a genetic flaw. This is the reason we must be Born Again, so this flaw can be corrected?”

Yes, Ken you are correct. I did word that wrong. I was just looking at it a different way. And, I should of used different wording. I was only thinking of it, in a way to describing a different view. Thank you for shedding light, I did not mean to word it as if, that was how it happened in a physical manner. You of course, are right.

Hi Brother Chris,
If you will allow me a little tongue-in-cheek explanation about this genetic flaw......here's another way to consider it:
It's all about a poor taste in clothing and the way people dress themselves. So many folks like to clothe themselves in PERSONAL NEEDS and DESIRES.......... also, POWER and POSSESSIONS..... and many just choose PRIDE to wear in the world.
If we check Matthew, Chapter 4, we'll see those areas in a person's life are exactly what satan tempted Jesus with.........
Of course, love of worldly priorities like these keep a person from being CLOTHED IN CHRIST.
You can't have both (although some people try), and many put on the tempting, temporary, rags that the world admires.
It's like the guy in Jesus' parable in Matthew 22, who came to the king's (God) wedding feast for his son (Jesus), and was not attired in proper wedding clothes (clothed in Christ). The king (God) had him thrown out of the celebration (Heaven) into eternal darkness (condemnation). He just didn't know..... or care...... how to dress.
Just another thought from a different direction.............
Grace and Peace.
