Does regeneration occurs before we are saved or after? If we receive the Holy Spirit after we are saved, how can regeneration occurs before we are saved? Yet, God draws us to Christ.
If we can't come to Christ on our own, then we need a regenerated heart to do it.

Raul,
Regeneration is the act of being transformed, born-again. There is a process in which we all must go through. We first experience the repentance process which includes illumination and conviction by the Holy Spirit that culminates with us asking for forgiveness and receiving Jesus as our Savior. We in turn are justified (found guiltless because He paid our debt, our penalty). We then experience the spiritual transformation that is called regeneration. We become a child of God, marked, sealed and indwelt by the Holy Spirit. We begin as babes in this new spiritual life and need to enter into the sanctification process which is a lifelong journey of growing in maturity (holiness) becoming more Christ-like day-by-day. At the end of our journey we will experience glorification. This is when our old bodies are transformed and we are given the eternal body.
One way of looking at this:
justification/regeneration + sanctification + glorification = full, whole or complete salvation. Our complete salvation is guarnateed at the justification/regeneration stage and fully experienced at the glorification stage.

Check these vids pana,
Here is another view of regeneration.
I don't know if here in England we have a different view of the name evangelical Christians. I agree fully about the false teachings of many 'supposed pastors', particularly the one mentioned by David on ''give to receive'' , rather than from your heart. This is preached on nearly every TV sermon I seem to see(apart from Revelation TV I might add). So sad.
However, should we have new visitors who may, like me, have a saved family member who calls themselves an evangelical christian, and does not hold with these 'erroneous views', I would not want them to feel something's wrong with that and would kindly direct them to the following.

Pana,
Our theology is very similar but we do believe different when it comes to the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I do not see anywhere in scripture where it is said that the gifts will come to an end while the body/the church remains on the earth and I have studied the 1 Cor. 13:8 passage.
There are very good discussions in our archived about this and this discussion is one that deals with a deep topic already, so we do best to start another one if you would like to discuss the issue of Spiritual gifts further.
I don't ever grow weary of looking at the subjects a knew.
Love and blessings to you man of God.
