I need prayers!!

I am a teenager. I have been a christian since i was a kid but i really
wanted to know God at the beginning of this year. I live in Nigeria and my
biggest dreams are schooling in the Us and becoming a billionaire. I believe all
things are possible so i trust God. Last year, i joined a school for SAT and
TOEFL so i can get admission into a university in the Us. I did and i also got a
scholarship, but they didn't book an appointment for me at the embassy so i was
so worried and that's how i missed that opportunity. After that, i applied to 2
schools again and i got a reply from only one which happens to be the one i
don't like. So i keep praying to God, attending christian seminars, vigils,
counselling, fellowships and prayer meetings because i still believe in God. I
booked an appointment for June 22nd last year but i couldn't go because i was
still waiting for my I-20. Well, took some other exams as options. I didn't
really pass one so i was very sad, i prayed and i believed still. Then, shortly
after i got an eye virus(apollo) i prayed about healing again and never stopped.
Till now i still have the virus. But, today i went back to the school to ask
them if the I-20 is out. A teacher there said i should wait that they were
expecting it, i waited for 6 hours and in the end nothing happened. So i had to
leave. While i was on the road so many thoughts came into my mind and i wasn't
controlling myself again. Finally, i got home safely even though my mind was not
on the road. Now the problems are at the school i got jealous of some students
there who have gotten their I-20 and were preparing for the interview, my mum
and dad have been so broke but we still believe in God and now she's owing
someone who is really disturbing her and lastly my junior cousin who is an
American citizen has gotten an admission into the university and surprisingly
this guy is a muslim. So, am confused, am thinking do i know God or does he know
me even thought i pray a lot now and read my bible daily unlike before. And
tomorrow if the school doesn't get my I-20, they will have to use the other
school which i don't like and i have been hearing news of how strict they are at
the US embassy. So am really sad, have been thinking whether i should stop
serving God or i should just forget life. My parents are broke and my admission
is really giving every one concern in my family. So, i just thought of writing
here cos i believe most of the people here must know God more than i do and they
can also help me in prayers. I still believe in God.

When you feel like giving up on God just remember He is not giving up on you. He sent His son to die so you could live. I pray these words God gave me recently will help you HOLD ON TO GOD AND NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!

EVEN THOUGH MY PATH IS ROUGH HE KEEPS ME SAFE AND STRONG

I KNOW GOD IS ON MY SIDE THE VICTORY HAS BEEN WON

THROUGH THE POWER OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST HIS SON

LORD DON'T LET ME LOOSE MY FAITH HELP ME TO LIVE EACH DAY

God may or may not want you to come to America to study and He may or may not want to give you a billion dollars. The important thing for you is to find God's will for your life. You are attempting to predetermine what God wants for you. Put your trust in God which is more than just believing in Him. Believe that He will take care of you and lead you in the way He wants you to go. My prayer is that God will give you the gift of wisdom and understanding. In Jesus Name.

God usually works in the most unexpected way and sometimes work in the way we don't like. You have to grab every Godly opportunity that will come. God will give the blessings. Be faithful. Don't compare Gods dealings with you, with Gods dealings with others. Keep on praying for your desires but don't live on your dreams. Start locally, US is a great place but if the Lord is willing you will get there but if not better start something else locally now or regret it later. God will bless us wherever we are just be faithful, trust God but don,t waste God given talents, gifts, wisdom, understanding and strength. Be productive don't keep on shooting the stars.

May the Lord bless and continue to give you wisdom, undersatnding, strength, hope, faith and love. To bless your family not only materials things but also spiritual things. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ we pray. amen

Father God,

I know how this boy feels he wants to be able to trust you to pursue his dream. Provide his family with the money he needs so he can come to the US and go to college. Help him to be able to trust you again. YOu are a great God and you can pursue his dream just like you can pursue my dream of being able to work with my teacher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the bible says to present your requests with petition,and constant prayer. i belive that once God places a dream in your heart then he will see it through as long as its his plan for you. it also says "test me in this says the lord almighty and see if i will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing you will not have room enough for it" we have to remind god of his promises :) my suggestion is to never give up on God,your dreams or yourself. and ask God to lead you to your destiney. you might be coming a little impacient but God knows wheat he's doing and he's already gone before you and made a great future for u :)
