All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

Can a person embrace the Devil implicitly by rejecting Jesus explicitly? Not having the capacity for Christian belief is one thing; making oneself an active opponent of God is another.

Your wording makes the question a little tricky to respond to. By fully rejecting Jesus a person will be following Satan's path whether they realize it or not and are under his authority in life. To carry this a little further, to reject Jesus leaves a person right where they were before they rejected Him. They are lost and remain lost.

There are some who deny there is a God and that there is a devil. Regardless of their belief both do exist. By rejecting God and trying to prove He does not exist they play into the enemies hand, even if unknowingly.

Anything or person who does not belong to Jesus belongs to Satan. He/she may have all the riches, prosperity in the world, but if he does not belong to Christ, he is a part of satan's kingdom.

Sometimes, people who belong to Christ, unknowlingly deny Him, because they fail to believe that He exists. But that does not mean that Satan will rule over them forever. When Christ comes to resue Him, he/she will see the truth clearly.

God loves to answer our questions. If we ask Him to reveal Himself, He certainly will. But if someone is not chosen by God, he would never understand the existence of God.
