I think by seeing things we need to work on, is a big step.  Not justifing our actions but, looking at them and wanting to please our Dad by changing how we see things.  I see those things as improvement.  Brother I believe you are doing some of the things needed, to live the life operating in faith, on His Word.  We will pray for each other.

God has appointed all of us to some kind of work. We need to do it with all our might, to the best of our ability. I have a friend that is a paraplegic (caused by his foolishness). We were very worried about him, not knowing how he would handle the rest of his life. We needn't have worried because as he recovered, he got involved with other people who don't have use of their legs and now he is invited many places to give talks on overcoming similar conditions. He does most things he did before but from a sitting position. Talk to God about what you can do. I am sure He will give you some ideas. Whatever it is, do it with all your might.

he just keeps telling me to read his word, I am a quadriplegic, very scared and for the most part, alonewith my walk in Christ. Very very scared, things from my past still affecting effect me now as a result of bad decisions, now my primary care attendant is likely to leave me. Please pray for me, safety and qualified health in my darkest areas. Praying for all of the sinners out there who know nothing about our savior , all of you of course. Blessings, Philip

Hi Phillip, (external links means no e-mail, or links to other web sites).

 

Phillip, when you said " I know I am forgiven but Jesus knows how I feel inside.". I think many Christians feel that way. (I do) I know I'm forgiven, but I don't feel close to God.

I have been taught many times, that we can't go how we feel, but what we know.

Stand on God's word, Look at the video of Joni Ericson, wow, what special grace she has!

Thank you for your encouragement. The worst part is when I am reading the word, the enemy seems to be in the mix even one I am praying or reading the word. Deep stuff for me but I am working on it with the help of Jesus amen! Bless you all, Philip
