Lean: to incline in feeling, opinion, action, etc.:
to depend or rely
to rest or cause to rest against a support

I am not able to get past this scripture. We must trust that God knows best. I have lived long enough to see things like, someone took too long at a red light and we were slowed down just for minutes and, things changed. God has us in His Hands, we can not see around the corner, our sight is so limited. To “lean” not to our own understanding. We will look at where are and think, well “great” this can’t be right!!! God where are You???

We are told by the wisest man there ever was of will be: 1 kings 3:12 “I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be.” By the Holy Spirit, Solomom tells us, don’t think that you understand what is going on in your life. Instead TRUST IN THE LORD.

Please believe me I do not claim to have perfected this however, when things are out of my control, I have learned to say to my God, “ok Father I don’t get this, byt my trust is in You.” There are NO magic wands, I have looked. When we are up against it, we are in a place to exercise faith. Of all the places I’ve ever been that is the most secure. We grow stronger the more we put our faith to work. When I say, as I’m sure most of you, I’ve have been down to the broken part of the “last straw.” His Peace pass “all understanding”

Then God's peace, which goes beyond anything we can imagine, will guard your and emotions through Christ Jesus.
Please do not give up, do not give in to your own understanding. Hold on a little longer “dawn” will break. And it is such a beautiful sight to behold.
