Etched on the minds of many Christians (myself included) are these compelling words of Lord Jesus: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6).
I'd like to focus on one of these words: life. Jesus says he is "the life." He's talking about the "new life," which begins the moment we come to faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus came to give life and to give love abundantly.
This love lifts us and casts out our fear. So let's celebrate this life and grace-filled love that we claim as ours, which comes from and is sustained by the one true God, so that we can make a difference in our families, communities and indeed in the world as instruments of God's love.

Well said , my friend. It is our lives that people use sometimes ( rightly or not) to judge the Lord we claim to serve. I am often checked by the verse in the second chapter of Romans where Paul tells the teachers that " God's name is blasphemed among the gentiles because of you". How important that makes the way we live our lives.
I'd like to add that the part of this particular scripture that mosr resounds with me is where Jesus states that He is "THE truth"( Capitals mine). He is not A truth but the one and only truth.
God bless
