It says in the bible that those who believe and accept Christ as their saviour are reborn again by the Spirit. And all those are children of God. And they are Christs.
My point is that Being Christs' mean to be for his glory and not mine(or the believer). But we, I for example if I can speak for myself, I am entangled by my worldly needs. I search for jobs, opportunities and also I desire to be with my family again.
But in reality, Christian reality, this kind of thing should not exist. God gave his life to me so that I do everything for his glory.
So the question now comes I am more engaged in worldly life issues than spritual issue. So I thought of what others do and it is more or less the same. They work very hard to get promotions or they spend more time to promote their businesses. I believe almost everybody follows the same track. But is that really what we are here for.
Obviously Gods' will is much more greater for me in promoting his Kingdom but I am not participating in it and I don't know how?
So I put this question for everybody.
What do I need to be as a christian- a believer in Christ- to really promote the kindom of God?
Gods' will for us is beyond sinning, Christian life should be holy ofcourse but there should be fruits which comes with holiness. Say I achieve what I seek now( a good income, a house, a family and be able also to reunite back with my family again). What will happen? I go to work try very hard to impress my bosses so I get promotion, I come home sit with my family do some prayers. I talk to my kids. I go to church also tithe. I keep away as much as I can from sin and I listen to music.
Is this a spritual life that is so planned for me. obviously not. So how so I really get to this spritual reality. How do I hold on and change from this track. I rise up with my whole motive to seek for continous prayer and fasting but ( I dont know the exact reason why) I gradually stop.
I think my question is everybodys question. So it is worth discussing it.
God bless you all
