True Love
love isnt the tingly sensationyou feel when you hold someones hand for the first time. love isnt the breathtaking feeling you have when you know someones thinks only of you. True, lasting love comes after struggling togather through the hard times, remebering the good times and having faith that god will help you over one more hill togather . True love is accepting yourself with all your strenghs and weaknesses and accepting the other person in the same way.

Take a look at the "love chapter" in 1 Cor. 13: 4-8
LOVE IS; patient,kind,does not envy,is not jealous,is not possessive,does not boast or brag,is not anxious to impress,is not proud,is not arrogant,is not rude,does not act unbecomingly,has good manners,is not self-seeking,does not insist on its own way,does not pursue selfish advantage,is not easily angered,is not irritable,is not provoked,keeps no record of wrongs,is not resentful,does not delight in evil,rejoices with the truth,always protects,bears all things,always trusts and believes all things,always hopes,perseveres and endures all things, and never fails.
Can any of us meet these requirements for love? I think not, but we can try! God bless Cathy.
