The world

We may have been born in this world but apparently we are not to be of this world. Should we ever find ourselves seeking this world and its gifts, its people and its praises, the glamour and glitz it can shower upon us....BEWARE....you might loose your citizenship in God's kingdom.

John 15:19 --- If you belonged to the world , it would love you as its own.. As it is , you do not belong to the world,but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you......
1Cor.3:19... For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God's sight..
1John 2:15 ..Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For everything in the world- the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes, and the boasting of what he has and does- comes not from the Father but from the world.17 the world and its desires pass away but the man who does the will of God lives forever.
Titus 2:11- For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men 12 It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, to live self-controlled , upright and godly lives in this present age, 13 while we wait for the blessed hope - the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.

temptations abound but Move on ... with the grace of God. let us help one another reach our HOME !
