You may have already heard it on my profile page... yet this song and the psalmist's voice simply took me away.
Last Easter Sunday, I spent the first day of easter at my hubby's place. We woke up so early to catch the little angels on SUGAT singing praises and taking the veil of sorrow from Mama Mary.

My husband and I were like little children in excitement to remember and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It was my first time in Cotabato and it was his first time witnessing Sugat. Together, as a couple, it was also our first time. I was really in awe seeing the believers all in white. They all look so pure and fresh, so beautiful to see. Everyone was wearing white except us and those not from that place who, like us, did not know that we have to wear all-white.

After the sugat, we all went inside the church for the Mass. The church was so full. Though we have to stay at the far back and to stand the whole hour and a half, my heart is leaping for joy. Something inside me is rejoicing the whole time. And when the Responsorial Psalm was sung, i was so moved, i almost cried. It was exactly how i felt that very moment (it still is until now). I was so taken by the Psalm. It felt like an angel singing to us, telling us to rejoice.. for this is the day.
