Salvation

Introduction

A school boy walked into his class room with a shotgun and killed all his class and the teacher, at the end of 2003.  A 17 year old murdered a 10 year old girl.  What is happening to the youth these days' what we watch on TV the movies we choose to watch all starts of with a thought, as the more we think on it then becomes an action and we rehearse it out in our life.

Man is trying to do it his way by satisfying his desire, the problem is deep rooted in the heart, and we all have a choice, to follow our hearts desire or to follow God his desire for our future.  The sinfulness’ of man is spreading like cancer in this nation and we see it in the news, we hear of people getting raped, murders are taking place, and lust, and violence of Man. “For out of the heart come evil intentions, murder, adultery, fornication, theft, false witness, slander. These are what defile.” (Matthew 15:19, 20) when we do things our way, we sin by leaving God out.  Then sin is crouching at the door.  We were all born into the world with sin in our hearts for where your treasure is; there your heart will be also. (Mat 6:21)

By drinking we suppress the problem instead of fixing it, we try to do it our way yet we make a mess of it all doing good works on our own effort.  When Jesus is left out, all our works will not get us to heaven.  God’s word puts it this way.  We are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. (Eph 2:10) People think Science has the answer for life, so in all their searching their all drained out and going to Counsellors with problems witch will not help solve it; the answer is not in a counsellor or a doctor, although they help.  Taking drugs to escape the problem only makes things worse with drinking we drown our problems instead of fixing it.  Paul puts it this way.  (Rom 3:20 NIV) Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin.

Gods answer is Jesus Christ; In all we do we are to put Jesus in the centre of it.  who will save us from hurting our self, for we are all like children.  Who have no guide?  As a father has compassion for his children, so the Lord has compassion for those who fear him. (Psa 103:13)  

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16) no matter how bad we are he still Loves us.  It is sin witch separates us and destroys our relationship with God.  For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom 6:23) God knows our beginning and end Jesus understands our weakness’s and is full of compassion ready to forgive.  For His thoughts are not our thoughts, nor are our way His ways, (Is 55:8)
