God never promised us that life would be easy but He did promise to never forsake us and walk along beside us each and every day. He is with us through each trial; every temptation and He will always lift us up when we are down. My thought today is, do we approach Him FIRST when we are going through tough times. Oh yes, He places many in our paths to encourage us in our walk with Him and what a blessing that is, but it is ultimately God who will come up with the right answers for us. He alone knows what we need and will provide those answers and walk us through and around the bumps in life. The key word here is FAITH!! We have to have that faith that He is true to His Word. Read His Word and truly believe that He will not lie to us. When the answers to your problems do not come right away (like we like them to in this world of instant gratification) could it be that we ourselves are not taking action to OVERCOME with confidence that God will see us through to Victory, or are we just being impatient and expecting instant answers. Sometimes God does give us instant answers but a lot of times there are things He is working on behind the scenes that you just don’t know about yet and He WILL reveal and make your path straight as you take hold of that faith and move forward keeping your eyes UP!! He has done some pretty miraculous things in my own life lately and not all of those things were “overnight answers.” God has been reminding me big time “Where does your help come from?” THANKYOU FATHER,MY HELP COMES FROM THE LORD!! HALLEJUYAH,AMEN!!
Psalm 121 (King James Version)
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore
