Please pray for our brother, PaulDF!!

Firstly, praise the Lord, that His arm is not too short that he cannot save us out of our troubles!! And what He has done before, He can do again!! But now, I want to ask you to pray for God to heal our brother again!!

PaulDF went to hospital about 6 hours ago, late Sunday afternoon, Illinois time! He has asked for prayer. I sent this message to some friends here earlier today.

It looks like he has come down with a bout of pneumonia. He said he has a high fever, so he's off to hospital.

He needs in prayer in particular, as his immune system has been vulnerable after a battle with cancer and then a bone marrow transplant 10 years ago.

A number of us have been praying for him over the past couple of years. Two years ago, he landed up in hospital, and almost to the pearly gates. But he said that he could sense that people were praying for him. As it turned out, the Lord still had work for him to do down here.

Anyhow, he has just gone to the hospital and he said he would appreciate your prayers.

Some of us here know him well. We've been buddies on Flickr for a LONG time. Two years ago, Paul was seriously ill in hospital, so a number of us Flickrites prayed for him. We were very concerned for him.

Paul woke this morning and said:
"Not doing real well this morning... worse than yesterday, not better."

And he was not feeling well enough even to say much more than that. And he's still says this evening that he is not doing very good.

I said I would pray and ask you to pray as well. Thanks HEAPS!!

But we've got, GOOD NEWS!!!

They've sent him home. He didn't have pneumonia this time, but just the flu! So he's feeling lousy at home instead!

Thank the Lord for His mercies!! Please continue to pray for him, though!
