Parable of the Tenants (Mark 12: 1-9) - NIV

1. God is the owner of everything and he expects us to be good stewards of what he entrusts to us. (V.1)

2. God expects a return on his investment in us. (V.2)

3. Evildoers will be violent, murderous, reject and rebel against God's word. (V.3,4,5)

4. God in his grace will send his son expecting us to accept and obey him. (V.6)

5. Evildoers will reject the word of God in greed, defiance, rebellion and haste. (V.7)

6. Evildoers will defy and murder God's son. (V.8)

7. Evildoers will be punished by God with eternal condemnation. (V.9)
