Parable of the Sower (Luke 8: 1- 8) - NIV

1. We need to spread the word of God over towns and villages. (V.1)

2. A second line of command needs to be trained to carry out evangelistic efforts. (V.1)

3. Women folk can play the role of support evangelists. (V.2, 3)

4. We need to gather people to speak the word across towns. (V.4)

5. The sown word will be resisted, trampled and bitten by the enemy. (V.5)

6. God's word needs to be deeply rooted in our lives or it will wither. (V.6)

7. God's word will be choked if it is not made supreme priority in our lives. (V.7)

8. When we make the word of God priority and apply it in our lives we will be exceedingly fruitful. (V.8)
