new life in God

It is a year later and my life could not be much better. I have found a wonderful woman to share my life with and we are getting married in may of 2010. She loves the lord just as much as I do , maybe more , and we share the same interests in life. The first church that I was in from 03 to 08 was dissolved and is now reinstated so to say.. We started out in the preachers house , Alan Stevens, in Jan. of last year.. We have outgrown his living room and another building in that time.. We have a wonderful building that was once a cabinet shop and is now a beautiful church with 60 members that regularly attend..
My future wife is healed from drug and alcohol addiction with the help of the lord and it was done with no withdrawals at all. She came to the church and laid all her addictions at the altar and God took them all away and there are no more cravings and she does all she can to serve the lord in all ways.. She is a great help in getting others through the same problems. We have many in the church that are former drug addicts and are now serving the lord .. She is teaching Sunday school for the little children and is loving every min. of it.
Our church is founded in love , as that is Gods commandment that we love one another as we love ourselves.. It does not matter what background you come from or what battles you may be fighting in your life , when you walk through the doors , you are walking into Gods house and his love through the members of the church..
