Welcome to AAG.. so glad you found us.. :)

Your last comment really caught my attention...I love Jesus but why can't I please Him?

oh my dear.... Jesus loves you... you are such a treasure to Him...and you are of great worth. Jesus wants your heart so that He can save your soul.

Eph 3:14 When I think of the wisdom and scope of God's plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, [fn]

Eph 3:15 the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth.

Eph 3:16 I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will give you mighty inner strength through his Holy Spirit.

Eph 3:17 And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love.

Eph 3:18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love really is.

Eph 3:19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

Eph 3:20 Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope.

Eph 3:21 May he be given glory in the church and in Christ Jesus forever and ever through endless ages. Amen.

When we read our bibles we learn of God's Love as the Holy Spirit renews our minds and hearts in Christ....and He 'unblinds' us and open our hearts and ears to His truth.

When we pray, our faith increases because as we are intimately connected with the Father, we see Him active in our lives as He answers our prayers for ourselves and for others according to His Will. We are saved by faith..and our faith comes by hearing the Word of God...which is why reading the bible is so important.

Have you thought about finding out about a bible study in the hospital. I know when my son was in the hospital, they even had a school for him to attend. It was a short duration..but the point is they did have those facilities. If they don't offer such a thing, perhaps you could be the one to initiate it. God can use you mightily in this.

God's ultimate plan once we are saved is that we will be made into the likeness of His dear Son.. Our Savior Jesus Christ. This is a life-long process. God will finish what He has started in us.

Jesus loves you.... God Himself died for you. God ALMighty is an Awesome God.
Surrender to Him, and admit your need for Him. He will not turn you away.
