MY PRAYER

Who knows the mind of the Lord? His thoughts are way above our human thoughts could ever fathom. It is only by His grace that we are made to understand. Once again dear God, I acknowledge your power over my life... You know what is best, I cannot claim understanding at this point for I am in the dark again. I only have that trust that remains in my heart that You love me and that You take care of those who remain in You and who will constantly seek Your wisdom.

Lord, You know that I would want to totally surrender my life to You, and everything that goes with it, but my human mind and emotions cannot resist being troubled by obstacles that I find. I pray for peace and guidance dear God. I do not want to disobey You, I want to remain in You, but please clarify further what You want me to do. I am coming from an uncertain place and I still need to regain my confidence about my own understanding of Your will and purpose for me. You know what's in my heart dear Lord, You know it is not just I but another too that are seeking Your will and purpose about each other's future together... or as individuals. I firmly believe that You will remain faithful and will not break any promises that You've already allowed us to claim. But we are weak, our strength comes from You, hence we need assurance that we are on the right path to fulfilling You Divine will that is perfect, complete and forever.

My dear God, I seek your protection from all the evil that may surround the people I care about, more than myself, I think it will break my heart further if I see any of them unhappy and distressed about what the enemy may bring. Please let them always feel your comfort, love and enlightenment as they go through trying and confusing times. Help us Lord, to decide and to act, in favor of Your intent and greater glory. You are the only One who can weave the past, the present and the future. We will be trusting you to place us right within Your heart, for whatever the future may bring as You have designed it.

Lord, I offer You myself and the person residing in my thoughts and in my heart. Both of us are Your humble servant and follower. We want to please you and we constantly strive to live by the Word and what Your mighty Son has set as an example. Please allow us to keep pleasing you and to remain in such a disposition. In Jesus Mighty Name, I ask all of these from You, Almighty Father... Amen.
