My Christian Journey

As I was reading Matthew 5 this morning, I thought about how I am the light of the world because I am a Christian.  This statement does wonders for my feelings of self-worth.

Also, I was reading that I am the salt of the earth since I am a Christian.  Things that I say may rub people the wrong way, but I am supposed to stand up for what is right.  I also am to not be angry with my brother, but am to love my brother.  I also am to love my enemies - those people who do mean things to me or say mean things to me.
