As I was reading Genesis 1 this morning, I thought about how I am created in God's own image. I have the capacity, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to be godly. I will never be perfect like God, but I can determine to make my heart and mind as close to God's as I possibly can. "A man after God's own heart".

Comment by Theresa on February 5, 2011 at 9:11pm: And I love this worship song " I am a friend of God, He calls me friend". How awesome it is the day we are going to see Jesus face to face, He is going to wrap His arms around us and say: Hello my friend, welcome home.
