must Trust Him all the same.

I am excited today, not because what I have been standing for came to pass, but because they have not yet. No, I do not have a fever. Let me explain, bear w/ me a moment I need to set a few things up first. I have a neighbor who has gotten angry w/ me, not sure why but about a year ago stopped waving, etc. Not going to get in to why I think, but that is enough to know. Arnette and I are trusting God for a few things, no need to explain any more about that either. Last night Arnie needed a jump for the car. They got it started, then drove just a little then the car completely died. She had to call a tow truck and they brought the car here. When they got here, I checked the cables and they were tight. Yet, I moved the neg just a hair and the lights came on. The car did not start, but I figured the battery needed replaced, and or the alternator. I had a difficult time getting up this morning, and had to deal w/ the car, and money still tight. The enemy began to taunt me and I began to give into all of it. All of a sudden Holy Spirit brought to my mind 4 men, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. I was not convicted but inspired. These men believed God.  If our God, whom we honor, can save us from a blazing furnace and from your power, he will, Your Majesty. But if he doesn't, you should know, Your Majesty, we'll never honor your gods or worship the gold statue that you set up." Daniel 3:17-18  True enough, what they were Trusting God for was on a higher level. But, we must begin somewhere. Faith is faith, we can not let things we see or don’t see move us from our faith. Now some say the we have the faith we have, others say we build our faith up. Either way it has to be used to know it is there. God will only allow, what you are able to stand against or believe for. You may have a powerful car, but if you only travel 20mph what difference does it make. Again you may have a powerful car, but if you do not have the skill to drive fast, you will crash. By practicing your driving, no matter your speed you are a better driver. Yet in Matt 25:23 "His master replied, 'Good job! You're a good and faithful servant! You proved that you could be trusted with a small amount. I will put you in charge of a large amount. Come and share your master's happiness.' We see have the servant was faithful in small things, then larger things came his way. So in that moment as the enemy whispered, “you are in pain and in need, give up this stand, God is not listening to you, figure another way and go back to bed. Praise God for all the people Praying for us, and their Faith for us. I want to Thank you all so much. Because, at that moment I told the enemy to go back to bed, I have things to do. My Father Loves me, and I will not back down. I went outside to go deal w/ the car. The tow truck driver, had put the car close to where we park it. I wanted to move it. I did not know why, nor was I going to be able to push it, but I felt the need to. Arnie thought I was out of my mind for even wanting to. As I began to push the car no where, my neighbor who we had not talk in over a year saw me. He was w/ a friend of his and they were going to breakfast. He got out and began to help. We may not know why Holy Spirit wants us to do something, we just need to obey. My parents were coming to give us a jump. They pulled up just as my neighbor’s friend was putting the cables on his van. The car started up right away. But, my parents wanted to get us a battery. After going to get the battery and putting it in, we still needed to make sure it was not the alternator. My neighbor wanted to charge the old battery for us, I need it for something else. The alternator is fine. Glory to God. We have a new battery, it was time for a new one, we have had that one for over 5 yrs. The relationship w/ my neighbor is as night and day. None of that would have happened, if the things I have been believing for, had arrived yet. We may not understand why, God does what He does. We must Trust Him all the same.
