“My little children, be on your guard against idols.” 1Jn.5:21

Reflection:

   The world knows many idols which it serves. Some of them are: power, esteem, money, pleasure, ambition, and passion for another person or for one’s own “ego.”

   The true Christian knows and senses only one: Christ, only Christ, the total Christ. Whom or what do I serve the most?

Prayer:

   “My Lord and Savior, free me from every worldly spirit. Let me follow You with faithfulness and total dedication. In the name of Jesus I pray. AMEN!!!”
